What exactly do I need to send you?
We’ll email you a simple content checklist after you sign up. It asks for: your book titles and descriptions, a short author bio, any photos you want on the site (headshot, book covers), your social media links, and any color or style preferences. Most authors fill it out in about 20 minutes.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most Scribbler setups are live within 3–5 business days. Writer setups take 5–7 business days. Author setups take 7–10 business days. We’ll give you an exact timeline when we start.
What if I don't like the design?
Every White Glove setup includes a launch review. Before your site goes live, you’ll see it and can request changes. We want you to love it — not just tolerate it.
Can I change things myself after launch?
Absolutely. Your site has a full visual editor. You can update text, add books, publish blog posts, and customize layouts anytime. We build it — you own it.
Do I need a subscription too?
Yes — White Glove is a one-time setup fee added to your MIAS subscription. The subscription covers your hosting, tools, and ongoing support. White Glove covers the initial build so you don’t have to do it yourself.
What if I already have a website?
If you’re on our Hosting Only plan and want to upgrade, we can apply White Glove to set up your new template and features. If you’re migrating from another host, we handle that too — free migration is included with every plan.
Is White Glove a recurring charge?
No. It’s a one-time setup fee. After your site is built and launched, your only ongoing cost is your monthly subscription. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
